All products are subject to availability.
Some Sparkle Finds SA products may also be offered through our other sales channels. Although we make every reasonable effort to keep website inventory accurate and up to date, an individual item may occasionally sell through another channel before the website inventory has been updated.
If an item you have ordered is no longer available, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Sparkle Finds SA is not VAT registered, and VAT is therefore not charged on our prices.
Website orders currently qualify for free nationwide shipping within South Africa, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred and applicable law permits correction.
5. Orders
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
An order will only be regarded as accepted once payment has been successfully received and/or we have confirmed acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

- Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed;
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
- We are unable to fulfil the order.
Where payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Sparkle Finds SA does not necessarily store your complete card or banking information on its website.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied during checkout is accurate.

Website orders currently receive free nationwide courier delivery within South Africa.
Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
Sparkle Finds SA does not accept voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges, subject always to any rights that consumers may have under applicable South African law.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements and product exclusions.
